Meet Roger, the owner of Country Window and Door and a construction industry veteran with decades of experience. Roger started building homes while still in high school and has since honed his craft to become one of the most respected window installers in the business. In his quest to provide affordable yet high-quality windows, Roger discovered North Star in the early 2000s and has been one of their top dealers for over two decades. As lead estimator, he brings his expertise and attention to detail to every project, ensuring that every client gets the perfect windows for their needs. When he's not working, Roger enjoys bird hunting, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Meet Eric, our expert window installer with over two decades of construction experience. Starting as a teenager, he has honed his skills in various aspects of construction, including roofing, siding, and framing. Since 2014, he has been specializing in window installation, helping clients transform their homes with stylish and energy-efficient solutions. With his meticulous attention to detail and passion for quality workmanship, he ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards. When he's not installing windows, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his girlfriend and friends.

Meet Joshua, one of our most versatile and experienced team members at Country Window & Door. Joshua started his construction career with us thirteen years ago and has since become a jack-of-all-trades. He has worked his way up from a delivery driver to a job site lead, demonstrating his ability to tackle any challenge that comes his way. Whether he's overseeing a project, managing logistics, or handling customer service, Joshua brings his unwavering dedication and attention to detail to every task. His extensive knowledge of the industry and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team. When he's not working, Joshua enjoys time with friends, sports, and spending time with his wife, Hannah.

Lauren is an integral part of our team as the office assistant who handles all incoming phone calls. With her friendly and professional demeanor, she ensures that all callers receive a warm and welcoming experience when they contact our office. Lauren's excellent communication skills and attention to detail allow her to efficiently and effectively direct calls to the appropriate parties, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. Her dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service make her an asset to our team and an essential part of our daily operations. When she's not working, Lauren enjoys spending time on her photography business, spending time her friends and dogs, and exploring nature.
